  • Plastics Industry Awards 2008 - Nifco UK achieves 2 finalist positions

Nifco UK is again delighted to announce that it achieved finalist positions in the following 2 categories:

  • Processor of the year

  • Best training and development programme

To achieve a finalist position Nifco’s entries had to be superior to the hundreds of other companies in the UK that have also submitted entries. In 2007, Nifco UK won the “Best Training and Development Programme” award. This year’s finalists are rewarded for innovation and exceptional performance and the final outcome will be announced at an awards ceremony to be held on 20th June 2008.

  • All suppliers to Nifco UK Limited should be aware that the Supplier APPD manual used when supplying parts to Nifco UK Limited has been revised and a new revision level has been placed on the supplier information page of this web site.

    • Document change management: Supplier APPD manual updated to revision level 3

      Clause 2.6 has been added reference Vendor Rating System

    All suppliers must review the latest level.

  • British Safety Council 5 star environmental sustainability audit

Today Nifco UK Ltd was awarded a 3 Star rating against the British Safety Council Environmental Sustainability Audit 5 Star rating system. This is an excellent result for Nifco UK Ltd and shows their commitment to improving their environmental performance.

    Nifco UK has just taken part in a British Safety Council environmental audit to establish it's environmental sustainability. The audit was a success and highlighted areas within the company where Nifco UK could move forward with it's environmental sustainability activities.

  • Nifco UK opens it's Stockton-on-Tees headquarters to the public

Nifco UK opened it's gates to residents of the local community, for the first time, for them to review production processes and to invite questions on it's activities. the open evening was a great success with complementary comments from all who attended.
